1991 – Award of the Ministry of Culture and Art for educational activity in the Museum Event of the Year competition (Najciekawsze Wydarzenie Muzealne Roku)

1993 – 1st prize of the Ministry of Culture and Art for the core exhibition: Time of Iron. Mazovian Centre of Metallurgy from the Roman Age (Czas Żelaza. Mazowieckie Centrum Metalurgiczne z epoki Imperium Rzymskiego) in the Museum Event of the Year competition (Najciekawsze Wydarzenie Muzealne Roku)

2004 – Urbs Nova award of the Mayor of Pruszków granted to Stefan Woyda for his achievements in archaeology, for promotion of Pruszków in Poland and for concerts of classical music organised at the Museum
