The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is en vigour in Poland and other EU countries from 25.05.2018. General Data is processed by the Local Self Government Cultural Institution the Stefan Woyda Museum of Ancient Mazovian Metallurgy in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The Administrator of Your data is the Local Self Government Cultural Institution the Stefan Woyda Museum of Ancient Mazovian Metallurgy (Samorz\u0105dowa Instytucja Kultury Muzeum Staro\u017cytnego Hutnictwa Mazowieckiego im. Stefana Woydy), Jan Pawe\u0142 II Square 2, 05-800 Pruszk\u00f3w, represented by its Director, phone: (+48) 22 758 72 66, e-mail: muzeum@mshm.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The Data Protection Officer is Iwona Obarzanek, who may be contacted by e-mail at iod@mshm.pl<\/a> or by traditional Post addressed to the DPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Data is processed for contact purposes, including the provision of information about events \u2013 including cultural events, e.g. by sending out the Museum\u2019s newsletters. This is grounded in “justified interest\u201d, as stated in Art. 6 Sec. 1 Point f of the GDPR. Data may also be processed when it is necessary to draw up or execute contracts, or execute Statutory Obligations of the Local Self Government Cultural Institution the Stefan Woyda Museum of Ancient Mazovian Metallurgy, as per Art. 6 Sec. 1 Points b and c of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Data may be passed on to entities used by the Local Self Government Cultural Institution the Stefan Woyda Museum of Ancient Mazovian Metallurgy to accomplish specified objectives, including entities responsible for the maintenance of IT infrastructures. The provision of data is voluntary, and in commercial dealings is required for the drawing up and execution of contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. It is possible to file protests against processing data, to demand access, correction, removal, limit scope of processing and transfer. Data are stored until protest is lodged, and in commercial dealings \u2013 throughout the length of the contract and after its termination for a period stipulated by Archiving Procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Everybody has the Right to file a Complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
